It is a 10-week program with a journal provided and led by trained facilitators who have provided assistance to over 100 people of all ages and genders. <\/strong>\n\n<strong>The<\/strong> <strong>program is offered twice per year - in the Spring, beginning in mid-March; and in the Fall, beginning in mid-September. Sessions are held on Thursdays from 4:00 to 5:30 pm.
